• Johnson Controls developed a turnkey solution centred around their highly energy efficient YORK® Tempo (YLAA) air cooled liquid chiller. • Johnson Controls demonstrated that the YORK® Tempo unit offered superior performance and energy efficiency over similar units from other manufacturers. • Johnson Controls on-site survey revealed an improper maintenance regime had led to premature demise of the existing chiller and their bespoke solution included a comprehensive 5 year maintenance scheme.
