The complex Business requirements and existing Legacy platforms posed challenges for Geith. Given the size of business, the costs had to be kept under strict control so as to justify the business case and extract the expected returns. Moreover, the implementation timelines were to be kept at a minimum, so as to avoid business disruption.
Hexaware combined its strong domain expertise in Manufacturing in SAP(System Application and Products) to deliver Geith a SAP BAiO application. Our team had an optimal mix of onsite – offshore deployment so as to minimise loss of communication from Business to technical teams and keeping costs under control. We also created detailed requirements so as to create full clarity on proposed customisations. Hexaware also achieved data migration and testing using its established methodologies and templates.
